Our General Rules apply to all of our competitions.

1 IMPORTANT

Maximum of 64 participants.
Before the start of the competition all participants have to register at the competition desk with the three classes they want to use. Make sure you update your profile with your seat number, battle tag.

1.1 Disconnects

If a player disconnects wait until the game is over, since they can reconnect. The connected player has to make a screenshot including the time for the admins in case of any disputes.

If a player disconnects during the game and can't reconnect, the disconnecting player forfeits that game regardless of cause. If both players disconnect the game must be replayed immediately without a break between games.

For mass disconnects the admin can make an exception.

2 IRC-Info

Most of the communication between admins and players will go through IRC. It is very important that the contestants are to be connected to the #Hearthstone channel at the IRC server of this event.

3 Format

3.1 Groups & Brackets

Double Elim Bo3, Semi-Final and further will be Bo5

3.2 Semi-final

Semi-finals and further will be played best of 5.

4 Conquest Mode

The losing contestant in the Conquest format can choose to play the same class (but can change deck) or another. The winning contestant must change class, to win a match a player must win with all 3 classes/decks in bo5, 2 in bo3.


5 Updates

If during or a week before the event new cards, classes and/or heroes are released, those cards, classes and/or heroes will be banned from use in the competition at the event. Should a player use one of these cards, make a screenshot and alert the admins.

6 Terminology

A game is a single game of hearthstone.
A match is a set of games against one opponent.

7 Other

It is allowed to use different decks of one class.
It is not allowed to browse the collection during a match.
It is not allowed to modify your decks during a match.
It is not allowed to leave the match for anything but a technical issue.
After a draw the game has to be replayed immediately without a break.
